Rod Squad guys weekend at Yamba

The Poulsens have been attending Yamba rod run for a number of years now, so they have secured a ongoing cabin booking.  The cabin sleeps five, but no-one wants to share the double bed, so it really only accommodates four.  For some reason, Chuck always gets the double bed, so Rod, Curly and Darryl are relegated to the narrow triple bunk beds.  (I thinks it’s because Chuck is the oldest)

Teddy and Brian were fortunate to slot into a cancelled tent site near our cabin, so we were able to have some good times of fun and fellowship together.

Saturday morning is the ‘Show n Shine’ in the main street of Yamba, and traders enjoy a good morning of trade while the holiday town enjoys a colourful array of rods and customs.  (Rod found a couple of other ’32 coupes to park with)
